Getting my pet food from Life's Abundance could not be a better experience. The quality of the food is excellent and who wouldn't love getting your food delivered to your doorstep (especially those 20 lb. bags!). The auto refill is great. I'm always given plenty of notice to make any changes--be it amount of food or time frame. I feel confident I'm giving my pets the best food out there and the price is comparable or better than the food at my vet's office. My one experience with customer service surpassed my expectations. I had just lost my cat and it was too late to change my order. With great compassion, the rep told me to donate the cat food and credited my account. Helped me at a sad time.

I give 5 stars for all the many years my 6 dogs have been customers because they really seem to like the food. Having said that, within the last couple years both the packaging and the kibble size appear to have been played with and it doesn't seem like the same amount of food goes a far as it used to. I keep having to change up my auto ship dates but my dogs haven't gained any weight. I also think there should be some kind of "loyalty" program for those of us long-time customers. Other than that I am very happy with the product and with the customer service. I never hesitate to recommend your product(s) to others.

My dog absolutely loves everything from Life's Abundance. She eats the adult kibble twice each day, peanut butter treats at bedtime, and a bully stick every other day to keep her teeth sparkling. The autoship is awesome, and I feel confident that the product is more than worth the price. I especially love the resealable kibble bag. The food stays fresh longer.

Great food for dogs with large variety of flavors and real quality ingredients. Autoship is great too; never have to purchase large bag at store and carry it.

My pets have been healthy and happy for over 11 years on Life's Abundance. My older dog has a delicate digestive system and this is the only food I will feed him. He is fourteen and thriving! The home delivery and auto shipping is fast and convenient and the food is always fresh.

My dogs have thrived on this food and the supplements. I recommend it all of the time. The only "concern" is that the shipping boxes are really beat up when they arrive. It is a lot of weight for a normal shipping box.
