Sophie Joy was started on Life's Abundance by her breeder and we continued until she was 2 years old. Our vet recommend another food at 2 because of her weight and we switched foods for about 6 months but promptly switched back after developing all kinds of side effects from the vet recommended food. After a short two weeks back on Life's Abundance all the issues caused by the vets food were gone. We switched to Life's Abundance diet food and now Sophie Joys weight is also under control.

Amazing dog food, our Luna girl adores it. Every time we feed her, she pounces 2 feet into the air with excitement for it! Once we started giving her this kibble, she never has any rashes or weird stools. We are life-time customers!!

Update: I have updated my rating to 5 stars. I received an email from customer support letting me know my autoship was indeed scheduled on time. It was sent on the correct day and my cost was correct. Due to weather it took almost a week to arrive but I did get it. Update: I was able to see my account today and my authorship info. Not sure if the email I sent prompted a correction to my account, but I appreciate being able to see it now. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars and will further update if I receive my auto ship and billing is correctly charged. Thank you!!😊 I cannot get through to them. I have been calling and trying to update my order for over well over a month! I’ve emailed as well. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and am very concerned that they are not being responsive! They can’t have had technology issues for 6 weeks. Come on!!

Update! After I posted the review with my frustration about returning a bag of unopened dog food. I received a response from the company's representative via email within 24 hours. She was very helpful and issued a return authorization. She has also credited my account with the full cost of the dog food. This is a good, solid company. I've been calling and emailing, trying to get in touch with customer support twice a day for the past 10 days. The automated recording sent past working hours is very impersonal. One of my dogs has developed an allergy to the lamb-and-rice formula. Did you change the recipe and not send an email update? My veterinarian said to stop feeding the food immediately. I have to return the unopened bag that was sent to me on October 20th through my auto-ship. I need an RA. This is horrible customer service. I've been with your company for a year, and I have never had any problems. Please address this return and rectify the issue.

I have been with Life Abundance for over 10 years and have referred many customers to them since I am in the pet industry. But I never received an email that my order was going to be autoshipped in a week as I always get a notice. When I happen to look at my account there software put every product I have ever ordered into my autoship when I only had a bag of dog food and 1 cat canned food in there. So I fixed it online and put numerous phone calls in to them. I never got an answer or a phone call back. Only multiple recorded messages at the end of the day. Then 3 days later they shipped my order of 5 items at a total of $390 (order #30123953) I had only ordered 2 items. So the defective software changed my order again to 5 items. Now I can't even get through, the phones have been down for 2 days. It looks like they are going out of business. I want a refund or I will dispute charges with my bank. Btw I looked at my auto ship just now and again they have put every item I have ever ordered back in there. I will have to contact all my clients and let them know not to order from this company. ***UPDATE*** I am updating my one star to 5 star. The company has corrected the error and charges. I have never had any issues with the food, in fact all my pets have done very well on it. And my clients report the same. Although I never could get through to anyone or received a return phone call back I appreciate the communication and correction that they made through trust pilot. I will continue to give them my business and client referrals.
