Very satisfied. The food is great for my cats. They have been eating it for almost a year now. I just wish you guys had a frequent buyers program. You know, after 10 or 12 cases you get one free. Our loca stores have those and it does help. And just wondering if you'd consider making another wet food with different ingredients. Overall very satisfied. Food arrives promptly and I having to go out and shop for cat food has been wonderful Customer service is great.

I am using Life's Abundance grain free because I bought a kitten from a breeder, and that's what he already had all of his cats on. The food seems okay, though for the price I wasn't super impressed by the ingredients label. I have a dog with food allergies, so I'm a bit of an animal food snob. The cat food does make me a little nervous, there are no protein options, just chicken and my dog has a serious chicken allergy. We have to be very careful to keep the cat bowls in places that are accessible to a kitten and 15 year old cat, but never in reach of the creative boxer. The price of the food doesn't seem bad if you put it on auto ship, but the shipping costs are high, so you don't actually save anything. Again I'm spoiled, my dogs food is delivered to my door free of charge. I kept the kitten on the food so that she didn't have to deal with any tummy upset, and I switched my geriatric cat so that they are on the same thing. Both cats are doing well on the food, it's only been a month so I have not noticed the benefits in my older cat yet.

The shake mix is very light and good! I look forward to having my shake every morning.

To soon for a five star rating, however my puppy enjoys eating his food and the ingredients appear to be top notch! Stools are still looser than normal and he's been on it for a week now. Hopefully they start to get firmer. Also would recommend having other flavor selections. Large breed only has one flavor at the moment.

I love the quality of the product, however website and trying to change orders or delivery can sometimes be cumbersome.

I began to re-purchase the Agility Formula that had worked so well for my old dog years ago. Back then, my Pogo had gone from being quite crippled to, at times, wanting to and trying to run again. When I saw that my Howdy was having trouble climbing stairs, I immediately knew what to do. Since beginning the product and getting through the loading dose, her legs have not slipped away from her when climbing stairs. She jumps onto the couch again--yes, that's a good thing! I very much appreciate that she can have a better quality of life in the time we have left together. Sorry, have to take away a star because many of the pills were powder and I don't know if that was a result of a packaging plant fiasco or a shipping mishap. Fortunately, the customer service person was able to find out and relay to me how much powder (0.6 teaspoon) I could sprinkle on her food so the product didn't get wasted. Wonderful product, terrific customer service, quick delivery. Kudos.

Great food, BUT shipping is WAY too pricey.

I've used their Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules for about 10 years. No problem w/service, but I don't like how the Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules were reformulated w/in the past 2(?) years with a tackier (rather than slick) capsule covering. I find the new covering harder to swallow.
