Good dog food, but expensive. You can't pick it up, so you have to pay for shipping.

NIce product and my cats love it. I will not be reordering because I live rurally and because you ship uspo I have to travel to the post office to retrieve packages. For things I want on a reorder basis they have to be shipped ups or fed ex so I can get them at my door. If you had shipped that way I would be reordering

Service has been very good. Timely delivery and website is easy to use. Our Australian Labradoodle puppy doesn't seem enamored with the puppy food though. Not sure if she's just a finicky eater or if she just isn't crazy about the food itself. We know this was the breeder's choice so we have been reluctant to change but we may need to try another brand to see if she's more interested.

No problems with the product or delivery. My difficulty was in changing the billing/payment information. Not as easy as some other sites.

Fast shipping, decent price and good quality. My pup loves the training treats and dental treats best. I also really love the shampoo and leaving in spray, both leave my pup smelling great.

My kitty loves the grain free food....both dry and wet! I enjoy the delivery to my home....no "oops we are out of food"! I have run into a small glich, usually I get an email when food is about to ship so I can change the date, or make sure someone is informed as I travel a lot. Last 3 times, no email!!! Contacted customer service and all is well again!

I have been a customer of Life's Abundance for several years. I have 3 cats and two dogs who all exclusively eat L.A. The shipping is a good price ($8.85 no matter how much you order- which is really great since pet food is so heavy) and my orders come incredibly fast -which is really great since this food costs me over $300 a month to feed my pets and I can't always afford to buy a months worth out of one paycheck. I like and trust the food. I feed my dogs the grain free dry food and my cats are all on exclusively canned foods. I would give this company 5 stars but I do take issue with only having 3oz cans of cat food, especially since they have the ability to offer larger cans as they are producing dog food in 5.5 oz cans. I find it extremely frustrating having to open and recycle 6-8 cans of cat food everyday. I will never give my dogs canned food from L.A. because even though they have 5.5 oz cans my dog is 60+ lbs and she would need full 13 oz size cans. I find can size to be a serious flaw. Also there is a LOT of packaging around each case of cat food I purchase: bubble wrap around every case, heavy duty shrink wrap around every case and then two 1/2 boxes for each layer of cans (each layer holds 12 cans, there are 2 layers). That is a tremendous amount of waste to have to discard/recycle every 3-4 days. I would love to see the cat food come in 3 and 6 oz pouches rather than in cans. Why is it that when I want to buy healthier options for myself and my family it always comes at the cost of excessive packaging? Why can't it be both healthy for my family AND the environment? All in all, if you are eco conscious you would be better off buying food locally from pet shops to avoid the massive amount of waste generated from packaging and smaller can sizes. But as for quality, I do not believe there are many brands of pet food equal to Life's Abundance.

LA carries healthy pet consumptives. Their service is five star, yet had to four star rate them. The word 'natural' is a deceptive word. Tell us when the soil growth process is organic and chickens are without hormone induced growth. If they are NOW, please inform this uneducated consumer. Thank you very much.
