We feed LA dry cat food to our cats based on a recommendation by the breeder. When we first started using it, our veterinarian that cares for our cats has explained there is a concern that our cats could become overweight because the food is an all stage food. Both cats are male and have been neutered. We feed them the minimum instructed on the package and still they have gained more weight than is desired. I’d love to see LA make an adult formula that would meet their nutritional needs but not cause weight gain. The cats love this food.

The only area that would be an improvement for me would be to be able to suspend items in my autoship instead of having to delete them and go back and find and add them the next time. Thanks.

Other than the website is a little difficult to make changes on, customer service and products are excellent.

Products are good, recommended by my breeder. Free shipping should be offered to subscribers. Website challenging to navigate.

Everything got here on time but one big problem was the packaging! The box the 40lb bag was in had come untaped! Im going to order a smaller bag of food when I do I will ask if it is possible to have box taped up better so this doesn't happen again!

I’ve ordered from here for a couple years now. My latest order was supposed to arrive this morning and I saw the fedex truck but they never stopped and said no one was home or business was closed.
