Thank you for your review. We are so sorry for the disappointment and completely understand the frustration. Our Turkey and Berry Chewies and Tasty Rewards Nutritional Treats have been taken off sale in order to preserve inventory for those customers that have these items on Autoship. This was a necessary step to take as our manufacturer has been unable to meet our production quantity requests. We promise you that we are working as hard as we can to get things back to normal. In the meantime, we do have other great treats that we offer such as our Turkey Hearts Freeze-Dried Treats and our Antioxidant Health Bars. We hope you will give these a try! Thank you for your feedback! There seems to have been some confusion that we would like to clear up. We do have a 30 day return policy, which states that you receive a full refund (less the cost of original shipping), plus pay return shipping. In your case, once you refused the delivery, we issued a credit before we even got the package back. This is not a practice that we usually do, but we were happy to extend this one-time courtesy. We understand that any returns process can feel like you're jumping through hoops. In listening to the call, our Customer Care agent provided excellent service to make this process as seamless as possible. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and hope you will give us the chance to continue providing quality customer service!

We're so sorry to hear that your shipping experience was less than satisfactory. We completely agree with you that is it is unacceptable for your product to arrive in such a condition. We can assure you that your package did not leave our warehouse in such condition and have filed an investigation with UPS.
