Wonderful! Product is outstanding. Delivery and communication, again is outstanding. The price is high. I know you have to pay more for good quality.

I have used Life's Abundance for 10 years and have been generally pleased with the service. The packages always come promptly. The reason I do not give them 5 stars is that on several occasions I have tried to reschedule the delivery (both by phone with a representative and on the web site) and the delivery has not been rescheduled.

Good dog food and good service, but pricey.

Food is great, my dogs are healthy without any problems. The delivery is terrific and the resealable bag is a life saver- no more spilling food on the floor. The only reason for 4 stars is lack of variety- my dogs get bored and will go days without eating - I need to coax them by adding veggies, meat and gravy.

The food is great quality, customer service is friendly and helpful, and the auto ship takes the hassle out of buying dog and cat food. I buy both for my 2 cats and 2 dogs. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is the price. It is not cheap and I buy the biggest bags available to help try to maximize savings. Then on top of that you have to pay shipping. I think free shipping would be a nice reward for customers who do the autoship option.

Long term customer, been using your dog food for six years. Mac especially loves your can food as a little addition to his Life's Abundance kibble. I am set up on your auto order system, and struggle with the high shipping costs. Even though we are very satisfied with your product, we are considering other options locally in order to lower our cost. I ask that you consider lowering your shipping cost, especially for customers with recurring orders?

Good product, good website, good ordering experience. My only suggestion is to incorporate "free" 2-day shipping into the price.

Great experience until the last delivery; bag had a hole on it and product was dried out; normally moist.
