Everything is good except for the pricing is getting hefty

the puppy food is great but the charge for mailing was very high

It’s great and I love the product, just think it’s too expensive.

We would really love if you made the adult food with the option for a smaller bag. We have a small dog and we feel like it goes back as we get to the end of it.

Stella didn't like it at first. She was too spoiled. Now she will eat it. Great company to call and ask questions when I messed up the order.

The ordering was easy. The supplements I ordered have an expiration date of a few months. I wish there could be some way of whoever is packing these to give a better expiration date. My two items are120 each of Agility and Skin and Coat both expiring in August. I wish it were a later date.

The cat food is very good, and my cats really do like it and seem to thrive on their diet. I was concerned to see that the most recent shipment (June 25, 2025) of a 5# bag of dry cat food was manufactured in November of 2024. Also, I informed you though the chat function about a previous shipment of dry food had crumbled into an excess of powder, but received no reply.

love the dog food and treats (health bars) I have 2 very lg. newfundlands. My 1st nufie was raised as a pup from breeder on lifes abun. she is now 7yrs. I added another girl who is now 4yrs (SASSY GIRL). Also on lifes abund. Both are thriving.No issues with digestion. They love it dry! My only problem is when deliv. by Fedex,its always a day late. Only other issue was the treats are put in a smaller box to preotect them, I had a couple bags where the inner treat box punmctured the 40 # dog food bag to spill out in box,Falls all over the floor. I cant use the resuable zip bag due to lg. split in bag.(note) this has only 2 times in 7yrs! Overall very satisfied.
