When I was checking out a screen popped…
When I was checking out a screen popped up saying ‘something was wrong with my CC information’ and to please re-enter. Good thing I didn’t as the initial order went through as well as payment. A scammer trying to get my info. Also, I didn’t notice tiny sized kibble for x-small dogs.

Delivery is always outside
Delivery is always outside, and we have a ton of thefts. It's supposed to be in our secure boxes and it never has been.

Be Careful Would not suspend deliveries
Would not suspend deliveries. Sent too much food, asked to pause deliveries until cats ate food. Cats stopped eating the food and I was stuck with extra food.

Food had mold in it
Shipping was quick but the cat food had mold in it. Treats were great, Al the pets love them. I just won’t buy the wet food again. Additional info after posted: Support team reached out to me and gave refund for the wet food. Like o said before, treats and dry food wonderful. Refund give without any problems. Will definitely purchase from this company again. In fact about to do so now. Customer service great. Only have 3 stars because of the wet food . If wet food didn’t have mold would be a 5. Or this would never have been posted. Customer service quick and responsive.

Shipping error
Customer service rep was great. I put the wrong shipping address and unfortunately when she fixed it she fixed the wrong order.

the cat food has become crumbs!
my cat is 9.5 years old. we have ordered his food from you all since we brought him home at 12 weeks, as the breeder told us to. in the recent orders more of the triangular food is broken. my cat does not eat the broken crumbs. so now a large percentage of the bag is crumb shaped instead of triangular so i'm throwing much of the bag away. this is truly disappointing- both financially for us and a waste of my time. given my cat has only eaten this food his entire life i'm not thrilled to have to change his diet. so whatever you all have changed to cause the food to be broken please change back so the food is it's intended triangular shape

Consistent Poor Packaging
So I’ve been using their 40 lb dry dog food product for well over 10 years. Excellent product but Lifes Abundance shipping department is absolutely horrible. When they pack the 40 lb bag into a cardboard box, they use a minimal amount of tape. Box ALWAYS arrives open (due to poor packaging) occasionally the inside bag is ripped. I have complained MANY times yet they never fix the problem and keep asking for my feedback.

There are still issues with your…
There are still issues with your website, particularly when checking out. I have thought I completed entering my credit card info only to have it prompt me several times to enter my credit card. It makes for a very uneasy feeling.
