My breeder had my puppy on this food and recommended I keep him on it, so I did and he had diarrhea frequently. It wasn’t until I finally decided to take him off of this food and put him on a raw food diet that he was able to digest his food. As a result of NOT feeding him Life’s Abundance, he has more energy and is a happier dog. Not sure how they make this food, but the ingredient list is long, confusing and I am not a fan.

You have not responded to my text of two days ago regarding the turkey fruit treats that I want to get as an auto ship!

My dog ate 1/2 cup of this food well. Refused it the next day and would not eat even 4 kibbles from my hand. Also, I didn't realize the high-fat content as I misread the label initially. UPDATE: The company graciously reached out to me to help with my situation. Customer service at its best!

Love the quality of the food - not the policies or company with poor communication. I currently looking into other brands. Very upset that I have been a customer for years - and my last order I was told I wasn't eligible for the can food because my most recent "autoship" did not include canned food. If my previous order in auto ship was considered - I would have. We had miscalculated dry vs can and needed dry sooner. Was told other customers would be able to get the canned for - just not me! Very unprofessional explanation and unfair. Would love to speak to someone in retention or some similar department. VERY VERY disappointed after years of being happy with the service.

Your team neglected to put my unit number on my last order delaying my order multiple days forcing me to contact UPS to reroute the package. During this period I had to switch his food for a few days causing GI irritation and leading four days of pooping in his crate and a trip to the vet’s along with a prescriptions.

A friend highly recommended Life's Abundance & stated that my dachshunds would choose this brand over their current kibble and simply asked if I could video record it when given the two choices of LA and their current kibble. I went ahead and video taped my female who by far is my pickiest eater of all she refused LA and chose the current kibble (she still will not eat LA even two weeks later :( my other dachshunds also will not eat it....I decided not to give in and offer them their current kibble in hopes that a hungry doggie will eat what's put in front of them if they get hungry enough....no such luck. However, on a better note I gave a baggy full of LA to my friend that has a picky dachshund and he absolutely loves it! My friend has tried every brand under the sun (as have I) & had no luck until Life's Abundance! So thank you for that! I switched to this Lifes Abundance dog food...changed all my dogs young and old to them, The old dogs have been very sick ever since. when my vet told me to check my food to make sure that was not the problem I decided to put all dogs on the one my puppy was on..All life stages. now they are better...and Lifes Abundance returned my $ on the wt management food. Very EZ people to deal with!

I love the dog food, and so does my dogs! I am very disappointed that my dog food arrived over a week after it was ordered. The tracking number was providing inaccurate information so I e-mailed the company to the e-mail provided on their page. I was hoping to get assistance with finding out when the food would arrive and have never received an answer back from the e-mail. My dog food finally arrived 8 days after it was ordered but the biggest disappointment is due to the lack of customer service with even an acknowledgement of the e-mail.
