The dog food seems good although a bit expensive. Delivery is convenient. Accurate billing. Good reminders or order shipping details.

Your company is amazing. My dogs love the food as well, however they none of them will eat the vitamins. The one thing I wish I could change from the perspective of a distributor is the shipping charge my customers pay. I find my customers drop like fly's do to this issue. I know shipping is crazy and the amount is not a lot but we live in a world now where people have become accustom to not paying shipping. I would even be happy with an option where some amount of my customer's ship charge came out of my commission check or I paid a fee up front annually (like an Amazon prime model). This way I could retain my customers as currently, I struggle to keep them.

We love Life's Abundance! The only issue we have had as a rep is with the sample bags of All Life's Stages - the kibbles are much smaller than what we regularly receive in the larger bags. We recently had a client with a toy breed who was very excited to switch to Life's Abundance after trying the sample - it was the only dry food she had found that the dog would eat. But then the kibble size was too big and their dog wouldn't eat it after ordering the larger bag. It would be nice to see a "Small Breed" All Life's Stages option with smaller kibble. Just a suggestion! Otherwise we have had no issues and love all of your products!!

Good food for your cat. Expensive shipping.

Very pleased with the overall quality of the food and the service. Shipping is always fast and on time. I now have switched to autoship to save a few bucks. We have kept our pup on this food since we got her from the breeder 5 years ago. This is the brand that the breeder recommended. We do both the wet food and the dry food. She loves both. We have also used some of the feline products and both of our cats loved the treats. My only reason for giving Life's Abundance a 4/5 is the fact that there are never any coupons or sales. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.

We get our puppy food and training treats here. Recommended by our breeder. One tip I would have is to order the food 2 bags at a time. The shipping rate is the same.

I buy vitamins, dry food, and wet food from Life's Abundance. I think they have quality food and my dog likes their food except for the shrimp canned food. Smells terrible and my dog would not even go near it. Can't send the case back as the postage is more than the cost of the food. My other dog food companies do not charge postage. My only complaint.

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WHEN I RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT OF THE DOG FOOD CASES, THERE ARE ALWAYS MANY DENTED CANS AND EVEN ON MANY OCCASIONS THE CANS WERE SLIGHTLY OPENED & DRIPPED OUT ON TO OTHER CANS.
