Food is excellent but the main office has a lack of urgency when responding via their email system.

The product is outstanding! Our poodle puppy is thriving on the puppy dog food. My only complaint is the shipping. There are so many comparable dog foods out there that people will opt for the free shipping. Our breeder started our dog on this food and I will continue throughout puppy life.

So far so good. The order came quickly and my puppy eats it. However, too early to give 5 stars. The website is handy with determining how often to repeat orders. The Breeder, Green Valley Aussies recommended this food so I went with it. It is expensive and shipping is not included. Therefore, I will have to spend a little more time with puppy and food to fully rate the experience.

Great products in general. We did receive one vitamin bottle that was not sealed properly but since it was in tablet form we weren't that concerned about tampering but it was slightly concerning.

I just started. I would be better to get a review in a few months, not when someone just started. I haven't had any experience to gauge you buy.

The autoship is a great feature and I have never had a problem with timely delivery. The shipping often takes awhile, so make sure you plan accordingly. The food is a bit pricey, but my dogs eat it and it doesn’t bother their stomaches.

I feel it is good quality food but wish it was available in stores. Would be more convenient.

Both my cats love the wet food (highly recommended in Dr. Jean Hovfe's book What Cats Should Eat). Haven't tried the dry food (am trying to wean both cats off dry to only wet and using dry only as a topper). My two wishes (and why you didn't get 5 stars): 1. Offer the wet food in a larger can size (preferably 12.5 oz) to lower the cost and to be more environmentally friendly. 2. Don't tax on shipping charges (you are the ONLY online retailer I deal with that does that).
