We believe products designed to work together create better outcomes for people and pets. The outcomes that actually matter — for your dog, your skin, your home — come from products designed to work together, not products trying to do everything alone. Whether you’re feeding your dog, taking care of your skin, or cleaning up the kitchen, what you’ll find here are products that just work together, so you get better outcomes with less guesswork.

Overall, high quality products. The dog joint supplements are well worth it. However, the all-stages dry dog food is very hard for my purebred Labrador to digest and handle (even though it was the food used by the breeder from puppyhood). I can only give a tiny handful of the dry food in her current food mixture otherwise a full serving causes her significant stomach distress and digestive upset (very loose stools bordering on diarrhea). Since eliminating the dry dog food and moving to another brand, her stools have firmed up nicely and are normal. The wet can food is quite good and high quality. The lamb dog treats are also high quality but too rich for my dog to handle (anything more than 2-3 small bite sized pieces per day also causes stomach upset). So, overall, the dog food (and some treats) are almost too "rich".

I feel good about feeding quality food to my puppy. Seems like a lag between notification and it actually getting shipped. Would like the shipping to be cheaper.

Thank you for trusting us with your pups nutrition! Most orders are shipped out the next business day after being purchased, however, customers often wish to make changes to their autoship orders, which is why we send reminders several days in advance of shipping. Speaking of shipping, we can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges and are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. To cut your shipping cost in half, may we suggest you consider doubling your order and having it shipped less frequently. Because we make the food in small, regular batches, this strategy will not affect the freshness of the food.

Would rate a five stars but the limited canned cat food selection, ie; only one flavor is somewhat disappointing. If I had to eat the same thing every day I would probably seek another option. The customer service and delivery of products are outstanding and the ability to change shipment dates for contracted items is a great feature.

Thank you for trusting us with your cat's nutrition! We do listen, as customer feedback is vital to our long-term success and it's feedback like yours that lead us to develop our new, up-coming Pork and Duck canned cat food. With a new product on the horizon, we hope that it will strike a chord with you and your feline friend!

Love All Stages Dog Food. It's great to feed the same food from puppies thru adults, and still have it be gentle and nutritious, and easy to chew.

I have been an autopilot customer for 2 years - Your food & supplements have been good for my labrador. My only criticism is that you are far more expensive than any other top brands with similar ingredients and no matter how large the order you persist in charging for shipping. These are factors that will help me determine whether or not I stay with your company.

We're so happy to hear your Labrador is doing well on the food and supplements! We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. We can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges and are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. In most cases, the shipping rate will remain the same even when you order multiple bags or products at a time. To cut your shipping cost in half, may we suggest you consider doubling your order and having it shipped less frequently. Because we make the food in small, regular batches, this strategy will not affect the freshness of the food.

Shipping should be free, the boxing is or crating is really bad! Most time the box is all ripped by the time I receive it.

We strive for first-class quality in everything we do and are so sorry that your shipping experience has been less than satisfactory. If you haven't already, please share your experience with our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564. Our dogs have always enjoyed the dog food and we are pleased with the nutritional value. We also use the skin and coat formula with great rewards. Would have gone with 5 stars, but it’s a bit pricey.
