Well I had cancel this month order but, got another bag - to many bags now - cancel all orders until January 2026

Ordering is very easy I did not spend much time searching right to website ordered and was in just a few days it was at my house.

One of the only dog foods that my German Shepherd can have that doesnt trigger his itching. Shipping is consistent and I appreciate the occasional treats we get with our auto ship! The only issue I've ever had was when I received an email that my payment failed but then I received another email right afterwards that my order was placed and I should receive tracking information soon. I waited 4 days and realized I never received tracking info when I ran out of dog food.. apparently when my payment failed I had to reset my autoship. The 2nd "order placed" email was very misleading. Otherwise I've never had any issues and love this brand of dog food!

Easy to order! Although I wish that you sold it here in Hawaii so that I didn't have to order online.

Quick delivery.

I love that I don't have to run to the store last minute in my busy life to get dog food! It's delivered very quickly once ordered to our front door! Love that. What I have found confusing is the process of 'editing' ones order. Adding an item or two. Changing my email. Changing the delivery date. I find it confusing! I end up calling and then the very nice customer service person on the other end helps me! But it would be nice if that little aspect of this company were just a bit easier to navigate. Other than that? Love everything we've bought since the very first order! Thank you for that! Keep up the good work!

The food seems to be working well for our dog. His poop is nice and solid however, we are yet to receive a bag of food that doesn’t come in a broken box or even partially torn bag. I think the packaging definitely needs to be improved.
