Thank you for your feedback — we’re delighted your pup loves the food and that delivery was smooth! We hear you on price, so here’s why many pet parents find Life’s Abundance an excellent value. Because our recipes are nutrient-dense and filler-free, dogs generally eat less. For example, a 30-lb dog needs about 1 ½ cups of our All Life Stage kibble, versus 2 ½ cups of a typical grocery brand. Even if both foods cost 50 ¢ per cup, that’s 75 ¢ per meal with us vs. $1.25 with the other food — savings that add up quickly. Every cup also delivers purposeful ingredients (like concentrated chicken meal for more high-quality protein) in carefully balanced ratios, and each formula is validated through feeding trials following AAFCO standards for long-term wellbeing, not just basic nutrition. While the treats remain safe to use, we completely respect your decision to hold off until they’re back to the familiar leathery texture. The change you noticed was due to an equipment calibration, and we’re working on adjustments to bring the texture closer to what you’ve always relied on.
