I have 7months maltese. He isn’t a good eater. But When I changed to this food, he ate about three-quarters a day. It is a big difference to me. One problem is if I forget to clean bowls at the night, I had surprising for a lots of ant in the bowl. I have never seen a lots of ant from other dry food. so I don’t know whether buy it again or not.

The shipping is fast, but these zippered bags keep popping open during shipping. Food seems to be very good. I have switched my 8 yo lab to the joint supplement and adult food and he is vibrant as ever.

We can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. We’re concerned, too. At Life’s Abundance, we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations.

I've had no problems with the customer service of lifesabundance! That being said, our first shipment was missing some items so they sent a replacement shipment which was also missing an item so they sent an additional replacement. They sent all the replacements at no cost to me which was nice, just would have been even nicer had the initial shipment contained all the items. Would definitely recommend them, though!

We just received our food in anticipation of our new puppy coming next week so we dont have any input on the food and our dog itself, but the packaging is nice and the food showed up really quick after our order. Customer service is friendly and helpful. After a few weeks I'll update my review as needed.

Mostly a good experience, except for the last order that got very mixed up. Delayed arrival of package. When I called to check (there was no tracking information email), they sent an overnight package to hold me over which arrived 4 days later. Quality of food is good, though, and other shipments have been fine.

My order took at least a week to get here when it said 2 day shipping.. completely ran out of dog food so not ideal.
