Our dog likes the food well enough and…
Our dog likes the food well enough and I really like the auto ship feature of the site. Although we haven't quite figured out the timing yet. Almost $9. for a 17lb seems excessive since most places now offer free shipping. We will continue to use this food as we are obligated due to the breeder.

Please know we're always seeking ways to help customers save on shipping expenses and a suggestion that may benefit you would be to double the size of your order and cut the frequency, and therefore shipping charges, in half.

Would like to see freeze dried raw
I LOVE this food - the only reason I'm giving four stars is because I would really like to see a freeze dried raw meat option, and/or kibble coated in freeze dried raw meat. Otherwise, I love the whole food ingredients and customer service is great.

I was recommended by my breeder from whom I got my pure breed Mainecoon kittens as she trusts life abundance religiously and so far I am very happy seeing my kittens thriving and healthy there coats are shiny, there body structure is strong and they enjoy the food. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is because this is a premium product with a premium price tag so atleast the shipping should be free. if you cannot do it for everyone then atleast for the auto ship customers who return every month or few weeks.

The only down side is...
Love the quality of food. My frenchie especially loves the canned food. The only down side is the flat shipping fee of 8.99 I strongly believe that offering free shipping after certain amount spent will attract more customers.

Good help from staff to work through a…
Good help from staff to work through a change of address that did not register when I placed an online order and the address change was not reflected when I completed the order. I had to call in to follow up on this. Staff was great to actually get the change made before the order was shipped with the wrong address. Thanks.

Well I am not good at reviews but here goes the food is costly and a pain because you can’t get it in stores so I tried to take my pup off of it because it was a breeder agreement and I found that my pups coat looked like crap and wasn’t shinny and his energy level dropped as well as my other dogs.So I quickly started to order again.My 12 year old Girl never looked better and my pup thrives off this food.Its a good food what ever they have in it is amazing the difference.Wish they offered coupons or rewards to help with cost but I am loving it 💕

Wish there was free shipping
Kitty loves the food, just wish you had free shipping especially if you do a auto ship order. When I called to talk to someone about my account I asked them and all the said was nope, no more explanation. That is my only frustration. Especially if I decide to keep getting the food.
