Ordering was easy and I’m happy for auto ship. The only reason I didn't select highly satisfied was that I had no option to receive shipping updates so I was unable to know when the food would arrive

Phone staff are helpful and deliveries…
Phone staff are helpful and deliveries are prompt. I am worried about the commission strategy for my dog reader who seems to get a kick back.

Shipper issues.
My dogs love the food and we appreciate a non chicken/beef option. I would prefer choice of shipper. FedEx previously damaged our property which resulted in a lengthy claim process.

I am having issues contacting the company about my autoship. I need someone to call me. I keep getting put in vmail without any support. I have been using Life's abundance for over 10 years and have never had an issue conctacting the company except for the last 2-3 months.

I wasn’t sure my order went through…
I wasn’t sure my order went through because it didn’t seem to finish the process. Also I did not receive an email to confirm my order. I could see my payment went through but there was no confirmation on the website. Maybe this was due to my changing my auto delivery.?
