I love the service but the delivery driver did not drop the food at my address. They actually dropped off at the end of the block. This is unacceptable. We need workers to pay more attention. Thank you

I have an order every month of a bag of food and case of can pork and venison . When my shipment came it was only my dry food . I didn't even get a email saying it wasn't avail at the time .i had to figure it out in my own .i need my case of cans asap !!

We sent an email to you on September 30th to inform you that the canned food will be going off sale but we understand that with the abundance of spam emails, that sometimes others can get lost in the mix. Our goldendoodle became disinterested in his large breed puppy food. And it is WAY overpriced. We Switched to purina pro plan and our dog loved it and we saved a lot of money.

Thank you for your review! Just like us, our furry friends love new foods for a different aroma and taste. Over time, they start to find their usual food a little less exciting. This is normal as some dogs only eat when they're actually hungry. Sometimes they can go 3-4 days without eating. As long as they are still acting normally, remove any uneaten food and save it for the next meal time. As far as the pricing, we realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ¼ cups. So, if both foods cost 65 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 96 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.46 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands.

UPDATE: After further negotiation, I did receive a refund for the flawed bag of dog food. However, I still cannot give more than two stars because this company, after seeing the pictures of the kibble, still deems it as "safe" to feed. My veterinarian took one look at the sharp fibers protruding from the kibble and said that she had "never seen anything like it" and was very alarmed. I've never experienced such a dramatic variation in product quality and cannot support a company that believes extreme variations in the appearance and quality are acceptable. During the short time my puppy was on the flawed food, his stool became much looser, pointing to a difference in ingredients between the first and second bag purchased. I do hope that Life's Abundance will increase their level of quality control and that, in time, I will be able to recommend their dog food to others. FIRST REVIEW After research and reading reviews, we chose Life’s Abundance Large Breed Puppy Food for our 8-week-old Rough Collie puppy. The first bag we received looked like quality and we were very pleased with our puppy’s growth and development. The second bag that arrived was a different story! My first clue was when my puppy spit out the kibble multiple times, which caused me to examine it more carefully. It looked very different from the kibble in the previous bag and had stalk-like fibers protruding from the kibble. These stiff, pointy fibers, when pressed on, left a dent in my finger. My veterinarian was very alarmed when I showed her the kibble and said that she had never seen anything like it. I contacted Life’s Abundance and sent pictures and a video of the condition of the kibble. They told me that the fibers were “normal” and refused to stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee and denied my request for a refund. This company showed a complete lack of integrity in their response and took no responsibility for the variation in quality. It is one of the worst customer experiences I have had as a pet owner and business owner. I do not recommend.

Though it’s by no means a frequent occurrence, from time to time, a small portion of the fibrous plant-based ingredients may not be ground as finely and are visible in the kibble. Aside from this occasional variation in processing, our ingredients are consistent from batch to batch. Just as when a recipe we might prepare for our family calls for finely chopped herbs, sometimes a piece of stem slips through. FIRST RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback! Not easy to sign in on website for the new user. No link for 1st time users to register. Company does provide a sign-in portal for previous users, but not for the 1st time user. Was this just a bad day? No one was answering the phones provided all day, that’s all day! so I gave up and sent an email asking for a link to register. It took 2 days just to get a link to sign-up a new account. Not a good 1st impression, but I have heard good things about their dog food from my breeder. Update; Today, Friday (International Dog Day) just a few days after placing my first order, I received dog food quickly but the 40# bag has a cut in the sack (not by me) and the order is missing 3 items inside start up kit. Unfortunately the office is closed until Monday and my puppy arrives Tuesday.

I placed an order with customer service very clearly explaining what I was ordering and the urgency needing it in and when it was received it was the wrong food and a day late. When called the resolve it I had to pay for the new bag and pay for expedited shipping and now my new puppy is currently out of food not eating as we wait for it to be delivered.

I was supposed to receive my first auto-ship in April. When I realized 3 weeks later that I never received my package I called customer service. I was blamed for not reporting a missing package sooner. I had kept my eye on my email for a shipping notification and never received one. I had never received an auto ship before and didn’t know how long turn around time was. The woman I spoke to about this matter, although was helpful in getting me a new bag of dog food sent out, she was very rude and blaming. Once my order was shipped a few days later the package arrived in horrible condition. Portly taped shut and partially ripped apart. I am glad the dog food bag in seller closed at the warehouse or it would have been a disaster. If I didn’t start my puppy on this food from the beginning I probably would not stay with your company based on rude customer service. I can only hope this doesn’t happen again and I can continue to use your dog food for my puppy.

We are paying top dollar for your product and have now been sent, not one, but two open supplement plastic jars! I cannot believe this would be acceptable to the company. So out of 3, two were open, with at least one appearing to have been previously used! I have not counted the pills in the new bottle, as I just got home from work. I sure hope that we get a phone call from someone, but I am guessing we will have to call you. I just don’t get it.
