Everything was great, easy to order online, and arrived quickly. Very pleased. However, I'm getting a puppy and decided to change over to this food for my other dog as well. Unfortunately she doesn't really like it, but I know its good for her. I've also heard so many contradicting opinions on grain free or not and how one way or the other can cause heart problems. I'm going to do more research.Thank you.

All is great with the exception of how long it is taking to receive my dogs food. I used to get it within 4 days now it is taking up to two weeks.

Truly the only thing that is really a down side is the bags, I liked the zip closure, loved the velcro actually, didn't like the clip, but now there is just nothing.

ALWAYSExcellent customer service.. The best bully sticks for 3yrs now just ok as they're much thinner guns can scratch. They come from a India a change. Dry food is new for us BUT rave Reviews from Royal Flush Havanese. My dog loves it and took to the change immediately and hes 2 1/2 fussy.. Have used soothing and bathing mists in the past both good price and quality.

Your food is good, but two of my dogs have developed intestinal (inflammatory bowel) problems eating it and one died. They both developed an allergy to chicken. It is too bad you don't make a dry food with some other protein base than chicken. Perhaps beef, bison, or venison.
