The shipment of can dog food was great…
The shipment of can dog food was great but the shipment of dry dog food is not. Should have been here on 6/24 and then 6/25 and has not showed up. We will be out totally before Monday. Was told to call back tomorrow if it doesn't show up today and it is after 7:00 pm now. We came back to Life's Abundance because of this same issue with two other large companies- Hills & Purina. We did not have this issue before with you but appears we are now.

Ordering was fine; delivered very late
Ordering was fine, however delivery was a day late with no notice. When I tried to track, it had a ridiculous date and year. First time this has happened.

I have seen prices slowly rise
I have seen prices slowly rise. This is a concern. While I appreciate the service provided for my pups, I will be forced to shop for better options in the future.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. HOWEVER, my tracker said my package wouldn't be here til 12-31-1899!!!ccwith that date, I had no idea when the product would arrive. Your tracker needs to be fixed.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping. 40lb. dog food bag arrived with a hole in it, due to a large new nail that was also mysteriously inside the box that punctured the bag.

My dogs thrive on your dogfood
My dogs thrive on your dogfood They are now 13 and 14 years old. My only negative comment is the delivery did not bring the dogfood to my front door. Instead, it was left in front of my garage door. Luckily I happen to see it but could have very easily been run over it.
