As a little insider tip, there’s an Autoship frequency estimator on each dry food’s webpage. You may already have timing dialed in at this point, but it can be handy for confirming or adjusting. We’ve gone ahead and canceled your replicator site at your request. While the Replicator site is completely optional, it’s the platform that powers your Field Rep business—so even if you haven’t actively used it, it’s still been working in the background to support key functions like order processing and business visibility. That said, we truly value your efforts and are here to help you get the most from your tools. If you have any questions or would like a walkthrough of what’s available to you, our team would be happy to assist.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We understand how tricky it can be to get the timing and quantity just right, especially with one small cat. Your Autoship was already set to about four months, but if you decide to give it another try in the future, a smaller quantity might be a better fit. For example, two 6.6 lb. bags on the same schedule would mean less food overall and could work better for your cat’s pace.
