Customer Service is a 1 - The product is a 4.5. In November 2025, my delivery was thrown in the dirt somewhere on my street. By the time I found the box there was nothing in it. Dog food was gone. This never happened before in the ~9 years I received the food. Every other delivery has been to my front porch. I called the company repeatedly - every day for weeks. Then once a week for a couple of months. No answer after spending hours on hold with their automated message. I left my phone number multiple times - no return call. I tried to email the company multiple times through the website and the email said it was unsent. I turned to my credit card company. They got through to someone. A grainy photo of a box sitting in the dirt in front of a bush was sent as proof of their delivery. The note read that the delivery person could not get through my gate. I do not have a gate. My neighbor does. I challenged the finding of the credit card company. I sent pictures of the box as I found it that day open in the dirt no dog food, I included pictures of my front walk (no gate), my porch, and the website claim of 100% satisfaction of delivery. My credit card company said their findings stand and I was responsible for the charges for dog food I never received. The Life's Abundance website states 100% guaranteed delivery clearly. My next delivery was directly to my door. I have since suspended my auto shipping. Recently, I found out my credit card company has reported me to the credit bureau for making the claim against Life's Abundance and fighting the findings. Very sad. So much work and frustration. So, yes the product is great their customer service is horrible.

I was promised 2 bags of dog treats as a replacement and you never came through. I would not be dealing with you guys except my wife won’t let me deal with another brand

My dog used to LOVE the old version. She will not touch these new chews. So disappointing for her as she used to get so excited to receive them. The dose also seems off. One chew for 0-60lbs?!? She is 7lbs. Seems a bit much.

Absolutely horrible experience with Life’s Abundance. Their customer service is completely unacceptable and incredibly disorganized. I received a delivery date showing “1988” instead of 2026, which clearly shows there are serious issues with their system and order processing. When I called customer service to find out where my puppy’s food was, I was told confidently that the order would arrive “the next day.” That was completely false. It has now been TWO WEEKS later and I still do not have the order. No accountability, no urgency, no proper follow-up, and no real solution offered. This is food for a puppy, not some random unnecessary item, and the company acted as if the situation was no big deal. Customers should not have to chase down basic information or deal with inaccurate tracking, misleading updates, and careless customer service representatives who clearly do not know what is going on. I expected much better from a company that markets itself as premium. Instead, I experienced incompetence, poor communication, and wasted time. I would strongly caution anyone against relying on this company if you need timely deliveries or competent customer support.

I was told it was gonna be delivered on Saturday. My dog died on Wednesday before the food got here so thanks for nothing, and that was the second time I tried to order it you’re worthless and if I ever get a dog again, I will not be giving them life abundance, you lying people!

This is the second time in a row that my delivery was late. My definition of late is three days after order. It seemed that after I called to inquire about my delivery, it would miraculously appear the next day. I like your dog food and believe it is the best for my French bulldogs, but I am concerned about the health of your company.

In past years, I was on the auto ship and received a discount. When I would change my delivery date, Life Abundance would still send me food and ignore my new date. I tried to reach them by phone and Email many, many, many times to no avail. It is impossible to speak or contact anyone there. I now have to log in each time and have to order individual deliveries. I wish there was different distributer with whom I could work. My dog loves the food for the past 6 years. Miss my discount!

My delivery should have arrived several days ago. I still haven’t received my shipment.
