This was my first order, but everything came through as expected and the shipping was very quick.

Typically when I place an order on Friday, I receive the items within the next day or two. For some reason it was a couple days longer this time. I also had to ask about an update. It was almost like they didn't receive the order. Other than that, I love feeding my pets Life Abundance.

My dog loves this food. Every day, every meal, all the time. It is all he has ever eaten. Ordering is made incredibly easy and when I find that I need to tweak the auto-ship, Life's Abundance responds immediately. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that I wish it was closer so I could save on shipping costs.

So I love the dog kibble & have highly recommended it for years. However, the new bags are terrible!!! In my last shipment received last week one of the bags was broken open at the bottom of the bag. It literally blew out the seam & the box was not destroyed so I’m not sure what happened. Kibble was everywhere in the box which defeats the purpose of high quality dog food. I sincerely hope this isn’t going to be the norm. I still have the bag if you’d like to see a picture. Please please please resolve these low quality bags & I’ll be back to a 5 star review!

The only problem we have with Life's Abundance is the fact that we can't order on automatic shipping less than 2 weeks. In the wintertime our dogs need more food than in the summertime and the only way to order more frequently is to order manually.

My cats really like this food and the delivery service has been great. I think it’s good quality food with good ingredients. I get the canned food. But trying to feed two cats off these little cans can make you go broke. I have to order in bulk and still go through it too quickly. I may have to go with another brand for this reason. I really wish the company would offer bigger ounce cans for multicat households......Please!!!!

Received your products in anticipation of acquiring a new puppy from Bayview Shih Tzu. I believe they will work fine. The breeder, Bobbi Hopper, has been most accomodating, and a pleasure to deal with. I am really looking to getting a new family member from her
