This was my first order
This was my first order. Once I emailed and asked when I could expect my order, I was then told. It would be greatly appreciated if I would have been notified as soon as I placed my order. The 20lb bag of food had a few small holes, I needed the food straight away as I was bringing home my new puppy, so I didn’t complain. My Breeder recommended Life’s Abundance. I will continue to use, hoping the above issues are corrected.

The opening and closing of the bag…
The opening and closing of the bag which in the last almost 7 years have gotten worst is like you guys have alter the design to save money,,, all consideration BUT the consumers & usage of over & over for Long Time & Frequencies!!! Please add a durable simple reliable Zipper, charge us a dollar more, the initial opening & the darn “Glue” for use after use is beyond ridiculous! Also some months the smell of rotten Fish is overwhelming! I really do Love your product. 7 years “Gust” enjoys it, Thx.

BETTER PACKAGING!
Great food for my dogs. Shipping is fast. Packaging is not good! My food arrives every time in a cobbled up box that the shippers are desperately trying to make work. This is ridiculous! Put this food in a thick recyclable bag that they can carry! The boxes cannot support the 40 pounds of weight during shipping. Be real!
