I requested an autoship change on the…
I requested an autoship change on the website which it did. However, my credit card was not good due to being hacked. I did not get an email or call to update the card. I had to call several days later when my shipment did not arrive. Once it was updated my shipment came right away

Box Dropped in pile of Red Ants
The box was dropped in a pile of red ants, therefore the box and bag was loaded with red ants. Did not know this until box was brought in the kitchen and had one mess and time trying to get rid of the red ants. So far, my 8 Shelties and one Cava-Poo seem to like the food.
