I have been using life’s abundance for past 7 or8 yrs. More recently , I ordered a 12 lb bag & it was due to expire in like 3 mos when I only have 1 cat & order every 6 months. I was quite disappointed & ended up ordering smaller bag to avoid this problem. It arrived yesterday. I just thought you should know about this . I may not be the only one experiencing this issue. Aside from that, it is a great product & I am not planning to change . Respectfully,Evelynn Johnston

Our experience was good… we first spoke with a CS rep and then I asked to speak to a Supervisor as I had a serious complaint about product quality for the past few orders. She listen and understood our issues and immediately responded and provided a solution that hopefully will resolve our issues with the Turkey Berry treats consistently coming as small broken bits and pieces.
