Ordering and modifying my order is easy. However, FEDEX has the laziest and most careless employees. I have a sign on my porch PLEADING that they leave packages inside the porch and not on the stairs. FEDEX employees ALWAYS dump the package on the stairs. Yesterday, they dumped the package on the stairs IN THE RAIN!!!

When I used your tracking it gave a delivery date of 12/31/1899! Number 1, it’s June. #2, it’s 2026. When we’re low on food and you fail to meet your 1-3 day delivery time, one day is not a big deal…IF we can track the shipment.

I did not receive an upcoming shipping notification like I usually do. I was charged and shipped the product due to auto renewal. Not awful but usually when I get an upcoming shipment reminder I can adjust my order date depending on my need. About 7months ago, I received a double shipment and I called customer service but there was nobody available because the system was being updated on the company’s end. I’m hoping in the future I will receive a notification of upcoming shipments as before. Product is good
