This last delivery went very well, but the one before was terrible. I ordered online and didn't receive the dog food at all. When I called, they said it had never gotten through (even though I had my receipt) and they put it through again. It still did not arrive, so I called again and finally received it. By that time, I had had to start using another dog food, which ended up giving my dog intestinal problems because of the switch. Glad this last order went well and can continue.

You would have got a 5, bit your new shipping boxes suck!!! Mine was battered and falling apart by the time I got mine. Ita.rain here now and my food would have been soaked and ruined. If.it.comes that.way again I will take my business somewhere else!!

I purchase this dog food due to their promise of live probiotics, freshness and lower protein levels. The company, unlike any of the other ompanies I order from online and don't have operations w/n my state, charges me tax. The dogs don't like the taste; they wait to eat it only they're really hungry b/c that's the only food we make available to them. Because of the smaller dogs prone nature to gall bladder stones, I was forced to switch from what I believe and dogs LOVED is Acana. If you don't have small dogs, I highly recommend Acana!!!

Shipping is just too expensive, might have to find alternative

I was charged/shipped another package of dog food after I'd opted to not receive any shipments for 5 weeks. I received 2 bags within two weeks. When I talked to the customer service rep, who was lovely, I was told that since I only clicked how often I want it shipped it didn't change the frequency. It feels almost as though that's a trap to continue charging you for product you don't need.

I had to switch off your dry and canned foods. Started both ragdolls as kittens and one got too fat from too many carbs and one refused to eat either food and lost weight. When I tried to call and get exact carb amounts - the lady could not answer. Cats can't have high carbs not just to prevent diabetes, but they cannot handle high carbs, their intestines get inflamed, they stop metabolizing appropriately and kidneys then get toxic - they go into renal failure. I still get your cat treats and supplements but they get them on a limited basis. I switched to canned food only with low carbs (under 10) and low phosphorous (under 250). These numbers are crucial to stop the epidemic of cats going into renal failure.

The dog food is good and Misty likes it, I was just very disappointed in the shipping charges

This was the first delivery that I received through the U.S. mail not UPS and was very disappointed. I do not get my mail delivered to my door so I had to carry the box of dog and cat food. I am a senior citizen and it was difficult for me. UPS delivers right to my door. What can be done about this? Thank y ou.
