Customer service is excellent, however, the way your company packages the breeding bags of food is subpar. My last order arrived with one box crushed and the food bag had opened and food spilled out. Customer service resolved the problem (they are always wonderful to deal with) however, this is not the first time packaging has been an issue. For such large heavy bags of food, the flimsy way the boxes are constructed and sent (one piece of tape holding it closed, really?) is not sufficient often resulting in boxes that are partially open when they arrive. This is the 3rd time damage to the bag has actually occurred due to this same issue. The product itself is excellent, however, you really need to address the poor shipping issues.

Great products! Only ever had one shipping issue and they fixed very same day i called.

I wish I had known there was more than one option for the dog food I got the all life stage food and needed the puppy food but. It didn’t show it on the site I was on

In March we got a golden doodle, and the breeder recommended Life’s Abundance. We’ve been buying the food & treats since March & overall I’m happy with the product. We buy the dry dog food, wet cans of food (both of my dogs love the wet food), dental treats, digestive aid tablets, and the tasty reward treats. I’ve been very happy with everything except the tasty rewards. The first time I received a package of the rewards, the Tasty Rewards looked and felt like pieces of jerky that I would buy for myself. They seemed to be a little moist, with good scent & color. It was that reason that I’ve kept buying them. However, I’m now on bag ~6, and they seem to get more dried out, brittle, and fiber-like with each bag. I recall a significant difference between the 1st and 2nd bag. Each bag since has been slightly drier & harder than the previous. I’m not sure if the recipe has changed, but it seems the quality with these has gone down quite a bit.

My dog loves the food and the products. I think that it is high quality. But, they have a small product line. They should expand to flea and tick, toys, more snacks etc. I would love it if it was available in stores for less.

The products are great. My dog loves them. They do have a big problem with shipping merchandise. Complained at least three times about receiving damaged products.

Recently adopted an adult border collie dog who was already eating life's abundance he had some intestinal issues when we changed his food so that is when we ordered life's abundance he's back to his normal routine and doing beautifully we also have another border Collie and have made a slow change from our previous food to life's abundance for her. the fact you all make your food in small batches and are not affiliated with the huge conglomerates is a big plus for us. thanks for taking the time to do things right
