There was little to no communication for shipping. The puppy has had loose stools while on this food. I’ll continue it for a another couple weeks and see if things normalize before I switch brands

I only use life abundance products because of the Breeder of my pet.life abundance products are a little on the pricey side.They don’t give you much choice when they pair up their cat food,treats.etc

The dog food is fine, however the delivery has been delayed more often than not. If I were not obligated to purchase the food due to our breeder, I would’ve switched to another dog food.

The price is to high. I’m only buying for a 1 year puppy guarantee then I’ll stop. 50 bucks for 20lbs shipped is to much. I was told it was made in Ohio but I can’t get any here and the shipping is out of state Ohio also.

We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands.

Apparently it causes quite a bit of trouble to try to add something to an auto ship. They told me they would have to cancel my order to add anything to the order. They also stated that my card had been charged already so, they would have to hold the funds for several days before I could get a refund. So much for trying to save on shipping! Seems to me, the person I spoke with was attempting to make it as hard as possible. Not a good transaction Still irritated

In this case it appears that we made our best effort to accommodate your requested change. However, once payment has been processed, there are indeed a couple additional steps required. We can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. We’re concerned, too. At Life’s Abundance, we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations. May we suggest that you double your order to cut your shipping costs in half.

I bought this for my new 7 week old tiny Aussie. When I mixed some with the food she had been eating it gave her diarrhea. I was going to wait until she is older and try again.
