Christine, We are truly sorry we delivered service that did not meet your expectations. And we want to thank you for choosing to remain a customer. In reviewing your account, we found two opportunities: In order to protect your privacy and keep your payment method safe, anyone besides yourself who calls about your account is subject to our security protocol. We do that for your protection. Sometimes, recurring orders are not received in the expected number of days due to UPS holidays. Although this situation occurs infrequently, we make every attempt to notify our customers of this so they can plan accordingly. The food is great but don't expect to put any weight on a dog with it. It's so healthy it's hard to gain weight on it. If your a field rep, good luck getting paid what you deserve. There's technicalities and issues that you will never be able to overcome when it's just you fighting a big corporation.
