My babies are so in love with the food ,however when I placed my order I ordered two big bags of food and for some reason I got only one and two days after I got the other one and that’s is something that you should work on it ,with the shipping

For the most part, I have had a good experience with the products they sell. However, my last order of the Bully sticks were not acceptable. Two of the 9 inch sticks were extremely thin and one was pointed which I hesitated giving to my pup. Although they did contact me to let me know that the sticks varied in thickness, some should be pulled from packaging, due to safety/quality.

I bought this for my 4 cats after we adopted a puppy from a family that highly recommended this company for puppy food. We wanted to try it with our cats. Not one of them would even try the dry food. They sniffed and quickly moved on. One of the cats did eat the wet food. The fish oil is already expiring at the end of this month. The same month that we received our package. This part is unacceptable. This was a disappointment and a loss of $60 if you include shipping. Now, I am however happy with the puppy food. He is gaining at a great pace and is healthy.

Life's Abundance is great, except for their delivery time. If I call on Monday, sometimes it takes a week to get my dog food. If there is a holiday, it is longer. The money comes out of my account quickly enough, so why can't you use a different shipping method rather than USPS. Also, since the product is so expensive, (and worth every penny), I would think you could afford to ship UPS or Fed Ex. That would be my only complaint, but it is a strong one. However your customer service people are super ! Judith Schreck

I ordered our bag of food on the 27th of December after reading about the brand from our breeder. We were low on our current food and it was that shipping would be about 3 business days so I thought it would time perfectly. Well, it is now January 4th and we still haven't received the food. I expected a little delay because of no mail on the 1st, but I hope this isn't the going to be the norm. I had to go buy more food to last until the new food came and I put us on an autoship, so if it were to happen again it would wreak havoc on my dog's already sensitive stomach. I will write another review after my dog has actually tried the food, but so far a little disappointed.

We've only been using your product for about 3wks no better no worse than other products

I love the product. My dogs love the food! However the shipping is horrible....I received an order confirmation on 12/21 and am still waiting for food (it is 1/2). I ran out of food waiting for it to be delivered-my dogs are eating chicken and rice until it arrives. Hoping it arrives today!

Box arrived and dog food bag was ripped open in approximate 5" slice due to a box shipped on top of the bag. Dog food was everywhere in the shipping box - some of which was thrown away. I did take a picture if customer service needs to see. I have stopped my autoship until issue is resolved. Certainly packing needs improvement!
