ordered small bag of dog food because I ran out. paid extra to overnight and paid for large bag to be delivered later. never came til big bag reg shipping date. no one ever answered when i tried to call and email Horrible service and I got ripped off

First, we started to use this food brand because our mini schnauzer breeder recommended however our dog never ate their food(except the vitamins and supplements). Second, I canceled the autoship order and I still received the dog food that Diana refused to issue a returning label so I had to spend $19 to return it. Poor customer service, aggressive and with attitude. Simply, very disappointed how they handle this issues. I will never buy from them again when there are so many other amazing great dog foods with excellent customer service.

I’ve purchased my cats food from this company for almost 2 years. It’s been great, while a little pricey and not so great shipping at times I’ve stuck with them. That is until my last 2 bags of cat food came with little white string like objects in the food pellets. When the 2nd bag came this way, and also a much smaller pellet than usual, I reached out to the company. At first I was told it was “probably rice” then I was told it was “ingredient fiber” from the hammer mill. Whatever it is, I find it unacceptable in my cats food, who has started throwing up since eating the first shipment with the “ingredient fibers.” I’ve since canceled my auto ship and switched to another brand of cat food. If the company can’t identify what the issue really is I’m done paying them for over priced cat food that probably won’t make my cat sick.

I am NOT happy about the size of the small/medium puppy food kibble because it is a CHOKING HAZARD for small breed puppies. When I contacted the company I received a email that did not address the problem. I then called and was not directed to speak to management. I was given the email to Dr. Jane which I did email. NO RESPONSE! The puppy food is a SAFETY HAZARD for small breed puppies! It is even bigger/thicker than the ALL Life Stages Dog food, which makes no sense at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of response and puppy dog food size.

No Service. I ordered a bag of food on 14 January, over a week now. I haven't received anything. As the result of the phantom shipment I will never use the product and will return it without opening if it ever arises. Go Blue Buffalo, I guess.

I was an autoship customer since 2011for several years. I was left without food when you started sending packages via USPS instead of UPS. I then canceled the plan. This year we adopted a puppy who was being fed your product from the breeder. So I decided to give you another try with the dog treats. Several months ago the shipment left Conn. on it way to Long Island and wound up on a week's long trip to Missouri. An emergency order was dispatched. On Dec. 27, I placed an order for the treats and nothing was done with it until the evening of the 28th. It arrived at our UPS depot in the early morning hours of the 29th. It sat there on the 30th, 31st of Dec., 1st of January, until the afternoon of the 2nd of January when it was dispatched to my local post office. The treats arrived on the afternoon of Jan.3-a full week after the order was placed. I paid close to $6.00 in shipping for 2 day ground. The 29th and 30th were Sat./Sun. The 31st was Monday. The 2nd was a Wed. This shipment never should have been sitting at UPS for 5 days. I spoke with customer service and received no relief from them other than it's the holidays. That's unacceptable and I plan to dispute the shipping costs with my bank when the bill arrives. No more orders.

Your company has always been a 5 star but this week if I could give a negative 5 star I would. You boast of how fresh your food is and offer such great flexibility with shipping that I have it down for arrival to within 7-10 days of running out and this week, your delivery that would normally have arrived Tue or Wed is apparently lost of delayed and the ONLY way I know it is because I got home from a week long trip last night to find NO delivery and I'm the one having to track it down???? Your shipping dept has no way to have alerted me to a problem so I could be making better arrangements for food for my dog before he completely runs out? Are you getting too big to actually care at this point?
