I received the correct items and it…
I received the correct items and it came in a timely manner. However my bag of dog food came with a hole in it. Now I’m a little concerned about the freshness of this bag of food.

Ordering was super easy. Delivery prompt. Wish you offered free shipping over a certain amount of our order. (That’s reason for deducting a star).

Order Process
Everything went well. Simple process to order and pay. Healthy food for my dog. The cost has gotten very high. Will need to monitor the cost.

Ordering was great, food great,However
Ordering was great. I ordered 2 breeder bags. the first came monday, you could tell it had a rought time getting here, extra tape all over box. 2nd box, not with it. Called and found it was on another shipment. said to arrive after 3p on monday. Today, not here yet. I am happing with the staff, order process, food id great! been using since 2000.Delivery needs some work. I get frequent box that have been abused.

Free sample was a disappointment
Order was complete, but invoice showed that free dog treat sample was enclosed, the sample was for cat treats. We do not have a cat or go around cats as 3 family members allergic to cats.

Processing & delivery time better…
For the first time in 3 years my order was delivered in a timely manner- within 2-3 days, matching the efficiency of places like Chewy. I was going to cancel due to my past experience of waiting 7+ days from ordering to delivery. Your product is great, but you need(ed) to get better at processing an order and delivery.
