I never received an email that it was…
I never received an email that it was time to send it. I would have postponed it because she has some left. So the idea of fresh doesn’t work when I already have some. Other wise it’s good.

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. Website not the easiest. Set up account but can’t login and never got the reset email it says is coming.

Tracking email and link give an…
Tracking email and link give an estimated delivery date of 12/31/1899. No ability to plan for delivery with a gated entrance. Even if you go into the details tracking, every stop is the same 1899 date. There’s no email saying it was delivered. With no tracking and no notification the box sat out in plain sight all night. Delivery was in front of the gate blocking it’s ability to open 🙄 That’s a lot of hassle and headache for one box.

This review is in regard to the delivery company, the fedex guy delivered on the porch 1 minute before a huge thunderstorm. I have a large porch container sitting beside the door for deliveries/packages. It would have taken literally 15 seconds for him to place it in the container. I’ve been a delivery person and I always went the extra mile for the customer.

Good product, bad sales tactics
Honestly, I have a new kitten and I will continue to feed him this food until he's a year old or so and then feed him a comparable food, which, I have found a couple very close contenders. I would keep feeding him Life's Abundance but I am totally against the practice of having the breeder get a kickback on every order. On top of the high cost, the shipping is charged. I find this a bit unscrupulous that the breeder continues to profit even after the purchase of the pet, and hinge the extended life warranty ONLY if we feed him the specific food. I have no warehouse close to pick up an order so I have no choice but the mail. I feel this is a very unfair practice, it shouldn't be legal. You can online order without the middleman fee if you choose. I wouldn't recommend the product because of the sales tactics.

Cardboard box was opened and sloppy taped back together and damp when it arrived. The dog food is fine.
