FedEx is a mess. Four days late after I opened a case. Easy for you to think, “shopper, not us” but you choose them. Tgey are know for poor residential service

I ordered on Saturday, was to arrive Wednesday. On Thursday I Tried to check tracking and it gives crazy dates that make no sense. Called they said they would track it. Friday still no delivery and now I am out of food. Called again and the still couldn’t find my delivery. Put in a new order that would no process until Monday. Had to run out and purchase food for them. Not happy

I was never notified of the delivery date. Fed Ex delivered the package on Sunday and did not notify me of the delivery. It sat outside in 100+ degree heat for quite some time. Life’s Abundance never notified me either. As of Monday morning, I still have no delivery confirmation from either company.

I am disappointed in the web interface. It has been very difficult to maneuver to successful change of shipping frequency and ship now. It’s been this way for years. I would recommend taking hard look at the appearance of your web interface on smart phones. The micro sized links/buttons need to be more obvious as one logs into and throughout your site.
