I have used your food for 14 years! I have told so many clients, friends and family about it! I have been so disappointed in the last year since you took the zippers off! This has created more spills and more of a health hazard for our dear Berkeley who is overweight because he sticks his head in the bag and eats at night. Yes! You sent a wonderful looking clip that proudly states the company’s name across it. However! It is the cheapest clip I have ever seen in my life. It practically breaks when trying to use it. A paperclip would be stronger than this! I spend close to $90 every few weeks on Dog Food! I know I am being critical but I feel that spending that kind of money there should be a Velcro Strip or the original zipper it had! I almost want to try out another Dog Food that actually has the nice Velcro zippers. I am so disappointed. Obviously very frustrated too! At almost $100 a bag I should be able to use that bag for Storage as well! Sincerely, 14 year long disappointed loyal customer
