I didn’t give 5 stars yet because we haven’t picked up our kittens yet so I am unsure how they will like the food. However based on the my customer service experience I give 5 stars. I received a call about my order the next day to thank me and if I had any questions or concerns. I was pleased to speak to a live person and get the details of my order sorted out. We can’t wait to get our kittens. Will update this review when they have tried the food :)

Really great dog food, my dog loves it and is very healthy. Been using it for 8 months now with our rottweiler puppy. Started with the puppy food and the moved to the all ages. Tried the grain free once but my dog had stomach issues bc of it. It's not that the food itself is bad just not good for him on that diet. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is because on 2 occasions I have received the right bag of food but then wrong food inside of it. The first time I notice my dog stared getting diarrhea after a day so I went back and compaired to the food I still had. The new food was much lighter in color. The normal all ages is a dark brown color and this was very tan. I believe it was the grain free but put in the wrong bag. This has happend on two occasions now. I reordered and the right kind came but I had to wait. In their defense I never called and complained so I can't blame customers service because they very well could have replaced it and made it right. I'm just extremely busy and don't really have time to complain and wait for a response and send pic or whatever would have been needed for replacement. This hasn't happend for a while now but for $50.00 for a 20lbs bag with shipping this mistake should not happen. I guess I'm just more of the 3 strike your out rule guy. So overall great food and my dog loves it long as you get the correct food in your bag.
