Thank you for trusting us with your four-legged friend's nutrition! We can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. We’re concerned, too. At Life’s Abundance, we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations

We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your latest bag of Tasty Rewards. Our treats are produced in relatively small batches and do contain ingredients that can cause expected slight variations in aroma, texture, and color. While most commercial brands use additives to make each batch look and smell exactly the same, part of our commitment to you and your companion animal is to never add unnecessary ingredients for aesthetic reasons. If you haven't already please contact customer service at 877-387-4564 and they will be happy to help you arrange for a return or replacement.

We're glad that your experience with our company has been a good one! Our products are endorsed by many breeders and other pet professionals because they appreciate the quality that we have to offer their valued clients and their pets. As for cost, we realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands.

Our treats are produced in relatively small batches and are tested prior to leaving the manufacturer; however, they do contain ingredients that can cause an expected variation in aroma, texture, and color. While most commercial brands use additives to make each batch look and smell exactly the same, part of our commitment to you and your 4-legged friend is to never add unnecessary ingredients. We do keep samples of every batch for just over a year past the best-fed-by date, giving us the opportunity to examine the same treats that the consumer has at home should a problem arise. Our sample revealed no abnormalities, the treats smell fresh and meet our product expectations.
