Disappointed
Placed my second order for dog food on November 22, 2019. Today is December 3, 2019 and still have not received my order. No phone call. Nothing. I've had to go out and purchase dog food locally because I ran out. Very disappointed with the way this order has been handled. I have to pay for shipping on top of all that.

I am honestly so mad at your company…
I am honestly so mad at your company right now. I called in my dog food order and you shipped it to my daughter. I was very specific about my address when I called my order in, shipping to AZ Not my daughters in Alabama. The dog food is still not here, I had thought if you wanted to keep me as a customer you would have shipped it a priority, its been over a week. There are plenty of healthy dog foods out there, with better customer service.

Be aware.....
Started hearing a lot of negative stuff about this food. My understanding is the formula was changed. Both my dogs (one a chow hound) stopped eating it. Must have decided going hungry was the better option.

Life's Abundance is an MLM. Some people are fine with that, I am not and cancelled autoship as soon as I learned how their business model works. Talk to your vet for the best food recommendations for your pet.

Had previously felt LIfes Abundance…
Had previously felt LIfes Abundance handled shipping fairly good. However time before last I confronted sales person that my order was shipped in 2 separate shipments when it should have been one. She told me that there was several minutes between each order so they were sent separately and it cost me cost more. I still think she was wrong as I called only one time. Error on your part not mine.

Worried about Quality Control!!!!!
I've ordered Training Bits, Treats and Food for approx 18 months. My dog loves it. However, the last three shipments of the Training Bits were different. (Very dry, lighter color, different odor, and crunchy). My little girl didn't want them!) I called customer service, they refused to send out replacements, give me a credit on my purchase, simply had no answers for my concerns. I hate that my girl can't get this product anymore, however, I worry about the safety of the product!

Our treats are produced in relatively small batches and are tested prior to leaving the manufacturer. However, they do contain ingredients that can cause slight variations in aroma, texture, and color. While most commercial brands use additives to make each batch look and smell exactly the same, part of our commitment to you and your companion animal is to never add unnecessary ingredients for aesthetic reasons.

After speaking with a representative…
After speaking with a representative regarding two expensive bags of treats that looked and felt like plastic, would not tear, and my dogs would not eat- I was told someone from their quality division would be calling me. Instead I received a free bag of the same thing today. Really? What would I want more of an inferior product. Obviously, Life’s Abundance does not value my business and they are now manufacturing poor quality treats. My 3 Golden’s previously went crazy over these treats- they turn away from them now. Shame on this company for sending me more junk.

I have been buying Lifes Abundance for…
I have been buying Lifes Abundance for over 13 years. I changed my address and billing address prior to returning to my Florida home last month. Well my autoship shipped to the prior Michigan address. Customer service agreed that I updated the information but evidently I also had to update my existing autoship order. Well then there should have been a pop up window asking me if I wanted to do that. Customer service wouldn't issue a credit even if they gave me a return authorization. Because I feel customer service doesn't care, I cancelled my autoship and auto renewal. I have a friend that had a similar experience, but she admitted she forgot to update to her new address. Chewy customer service shipped a new bag of food to that person's Florida address at no charge. I have decided Lifes Abundance does not care about their customers, especially loyal customers for several years!
