Packaging oops!
Great product. This time the bag had a rip in the bottom upon taking it out of the shipping box. 1st time with the problem, huge mess to clean and waisted food.

The “New” Velcro closure is TERRIBLE!
The “New” Velcro closure is TERRIBLE!! Any food dust at all gets in it... you’re done. Very difficult to clean out of the closure. If we continue with this food, which the dogs like by the way, we will have to purchase airtight containers to keep it in. Bring back the zipper! Marvel Parish

Too much powdered dog food in each bag
Have been using Life's Abundance Weight Management dog food for years. Am not happy with how much powdered dog food there is in the bags lately. I don't know whether it is from the factory or from poor handling by UPS. But there is a substantial amount in each bag.

Your chew sticks are very inconsistent…
Your chew sticks are very inconsistent in size, some very small and others just right. Not a good value.

Customer service is top notch!!
Customer service is top notch!!! However, Dog treats inconsistent texture. Turkey berry jerky hard as a rock. Had sent replacement bag-but same situation. Same issue a few months ago with tasty rewards. Went thru 2 months of auto ship and replacements with all being very hard treats. To hard to be used as training treats for a puppy. Had to donate to local rescue. Happy with antioxidant dog treats and dental treats.

This product has kept my collie happy…
This product has kept my collie happy and healthy for 9 years. I don't like dealing with the phone reps and wish I could just reorder through the web. Typically, the people on the phones don't really pay attention to what I'm saying. Also, the phone system should have caller-id that tells the rep who I am and what account I'm calling about. Instead, I typically have to spell my surname multiple times, and I have to tell the sales rep what I want an average of 3 times.
