The why's of how I came to purchase this food is unimportant. I ordered it, it came in a timely manner. I tried to feed it to my new puppy, who grudgingly ate very little. My older dogs wouldn't touch the stuff, which is saying something. After a few days, I switched to another brand and my puppy is a whole different dog. More energy, plays more, etc. Obviously, I won't be buying this again.

My daughter uses ALL of your products for her kennel dogs and for her adoption puppies.She encourages her "going-home-to-their-FOREVER-families" to keep their new babes on this natural nutrition. My dogs love the food and treats! Thank you! Al Ellington

I would give negative stars if possible. I bought the welcome pack, $149 + shipping. It came with “treats” that smelled like bran muffins- the new puppy had zero interest so had to run out to buy more for training. The puppy wouldn’t touch the food. She was not eating at all, so I had to run out and buy food. I have her the bully sticks, and they SHREDDED INTO SHARDS and broke- real bully sticks don’t ever do that. I asked for a refund and was told to mail it all back AT MY OWN COST - the rep finally said mail back 2 scoops of food & the empty bag- my dog ate 4 pieces Max of that food so we had the whole huge bag left- to mail it would have been really expensive- well, I guess that that wasn’t correct, because they gave me $80 back for everything I returned. I kept the conditioning spray & the shampoo. I have never in my life had worse, more unprofessional customer service. Steer clear unless you KNOW your dog likes this food. My dog is doing great on another food- eating and thriving. This place is a rip off and they are REEEEALLY RUDE and unhelpful when it comes to their “money back guarantee”.

I placed an order in August. The tracking indicates my package has been in Roanoke, VA since August 27th. It is now September 11th. You would think you check on packages to check delivery. Very poor service.

I purchased the healthy start pack for small and medium dogs with a money back guarantee. So I brought my puppy home and have had here for two days and she will refuse to eat the kibble or treats and After smelling i can see why. When asking for my money back they said of course as long as we paid shipping for the 50+ pounds of items.

I am a 6 year customer with three dogs. I have requested NUMEROUS times that NO MORE THAN 20 lbs be shipped in a single box. I order 120 lbs w auto ship. NEVER has a box contained less than 40 lbs!!! Now 120 lbs. is delivered in TWO boxes!!! I called Jupiter,FL when they made the drastic change from heavy duty, sturdy, zip lock bags to flimsy, paper, NO SEAL, cheap velcro. Boxes are delivered and left to soak in the rain. No attention is given to delivery instructions. I HEREBY CANCEL ALL FUTURE ORDERS WITH LIFE'S ABUNDANCE!!!!!I ID number: 200177252.

I was pushed by my breeder to get this to get health guarantee But this was an epic disappointment. I purchased large breed puppy 35 lbs and my Golden retriever puppy doesn't even eat a bit. I had to use bone broth or yoghurt to make him eat a little. For his age and weight he has to eat 21/2 to 3 cups a day but he hardly eats 1 - 1/2 cups that too after a long struggle. I am not sure if he doest like the taste or the kibbles are more hard. This is not working have to switch to a different brand and dump the remaining 25 lbs to trash.

The bag came to us ripped, which is unacceptable. Customer service was very helpful though, and sent us a new bag free of charge.
