This was my first time ordering
This was my first time ordering from Life’s Abundance. Ordering was easy and tracking the package was easy as well. I checked my tracking on a Thursday, when it was supposed to be delivered. The status had changed to “missing” and said UPS would notify the sender of the issue. So I patiently waited for someone to contact me letting me know what had happened. I worked Thursday night and when I remembered to call Friday they had already closed. There wasn’t anyway to contact them on the weekend. I only had a sample bag of food from the breeder and it was getting pretty low. I called Monday morning and they told me they hadn’t been notified of anything from UPS, but would reship the order. I’m not blaming Life’s Abundance for the shipping issues, but not having a way to call the company over the weekend made it more stressful. I have now received my order today. The products look nice, but on my first order it said something about a free sampler pack, but it wasn’t listed with the order that I received. Not sure about that though. Hope my next order isn’t as complicated.

As far as our hours, we value the work/life balance and give our employees their weekends to be with their families. The website is available 24/7 including weekends and holidays and for any messages that come in over the weekend, we strive to respond to by the end of Monday! We're sorry you did not receive your free sampler pack! We are sending this out today as it should have been included in your order. My pup is three years old and lifes…
My pup is three years old and lifes abundance is the only thing i have ever fed her and its the only thing i ever will feed her. She is healthy and has never had any problems! It may be pricey but id rather pay for quality food to ensure a long life for my girl!

Fantastic food- 30 instead of 24
I would’ve happily given 5 stars if the canned food came in shipments of 30. It is ridiculous to get monthly shipments of only 24 cans when there are usually 30 days in a month. I run out and have to supplement with a different dog food every month. The food itself is fantastic.
