My new puppy does not like this food. The breeder sent me home with a sample and insisted I purchase some. Is there a way for me to return the unopened bag?

No the right food for our puppy. He can only eat this food for a few days then gets diarrhea, we take him off the food and feed him chicken and rice and he's fine. We put him back on the food and and within a few days he has diarrhea. We are changing foods.

Getting my auto ship food this past delivery was a horrific experience, I am sad to say. First attempt initially was lost in transit and I had to call for a replacement. My second arrived (pics sent to rep and customer service) punctured, no box, with holes punched in the bag and appeared to have been tampered with. Again spent time emailing pictures and frantic about running out of food. Third bag....and it arrived again, outside the box, NOT air tight and also has holes in it. I was sent 2 4 lb bags to get Duke through. I must tell you I was beyond frustrated. I was no compensated for my time or hassle and honestly with the last error, the customer service agent acted like I was in the wrong. It was disappointing. I sent a very detailed email to customer service...including pictures, tracking information for UPS for YOUR convenience. No one has contacted me...besides this survey...or offered me any further information or support around what went wrong. This is concerning, given the reputation of life’s abundance. Thought someone should know my experience. Thank you.

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered dog food 11 days ago and it has yet to come. Somehow my address was changed and as I tracked the location it had been sent to another city. I am not sure what is going on but I’m sure I’m never buy from life's abundance again

Placed an order on the 5th. Was charged shortly after. Now the 13th. Still do not have my order. Do you think someone could find it for me?

I have 2 dogs one of them wouldn't touch the food the other got sick as hell diarrhea vomit all night. The food smelt horrible. I am sorry i tried this...

My golden retriever puppy was on life's abundance all life stages per suggestion from her breeder. She has always been uninterested in this food. She would sniff it and turn away, if I put it in her mouth she would hesitate to swallow it. She developed diarrhea after a few weeks of eating the food. I switched her to a different brand and she had solid poops again. I tried life's abundance after she started feeling better and the diarrhea returned. We were up 3x per night, in the middle of the night, for weeks before we figured out her life's abundance food was the cause. Very frustrated since this stuff is pretty overpriced.

Although the products may be great I could NOT get past the rep! She was absolutely INSANE!! She was also a Bengal cat breeder. She refused to sell us the kitten unless we bought the product. She called our vet, followed up with out DL numbers, when we didn’t use her website to buy the product to buy the food she was “upset”. I am law enforcement. She tried to call me a liar. We ended up not getting the cat and lost a LOT of money. We will not use this product because of HER. Don’t care one bit about the product because of who is selling it! She is bat s**t! We will be returning the product.
