Beware! Very poor customer service
I recently had a customer service issue with this company. After a long conversation with a customer service rep she said someone would call or email me back. No one has contacted me. I am very dissatisfied with this company. Beware... it is a great company until you have a problem.

We are so sorry to hear this and completely understand your disappointment at the change to discontinue the 39.6 lb. Grain Free Cat Food breeder bag. We’re disappointed too. Unfortunately, after nearly four years of working to make the breeder size successful, sales only amounted to a very few bags each month, and a lot of wasted food. This is why we had to make the difficult choice to discontinue. Fortunately, we do still offer the food with our 2 lb., 6 lb. and 15 lb. breeder bags. We want to help you make it work! Healthy doesn't matter if it doesn't get eaten...
I don't know, maybe this food is super healthy, but that doesn't really matter because my dog won't touch it. I bought all this super expensive dog food for out new puppy (about 100 bucks worth!) because the breeder said that's what she's been eating. This was a lie, because if it were true, my pup would have starved long ago. (But I'm sure sales commission, or however they structure they're rep payments, had nothing to do with it. Sarcastic). I even tried putting yogurt and gravy on the food. The dog licks that off and leaves the food untouched. So now I'm just going to have to throw the food out because I cannot even get my older border collie, who eats just about anything, to eat this stuff.

You need to make your kibble larger to…
You need to make your kibble larger to larger dogs and could sale your products- it it to small and big doges choke onit Your boxes still suck and they are always open - this makes the food unusable and in safe

I got a puppy from a breeder in Ohio…
I got a puppy from a breeder in Ohio and I live in Oklahoma. U can’t buy this food anywhere else except online. My puppy was ground shipped & the breeder gave me a small sandwich bag of this food & it wasn’t even enough for one day. The puppy was hungry by the time he got to me & so I didn’t even have enough for the next day.. so I got s food from my local pet store, but he still got the poops all up & down my stairs that have carpet & my food I ordered won’t b here until the first of March & no one is there for u to speak with on the weekend either so I’m probably gonna be cleaning up poop like water until his food is delivered. Not a great experience when I’ve just paid $ 3000 for a puppy.

Will not buy again!!
When I got my new kitten I purchased this food to help her adjust as this was the food she had been eating. I mixed this with her new cat food so she wouldn't have tummy issues while she got used to her new food, and neither of my cats would eat it. I tried giving her just this food and neither she or my other can would eat it. In the end, I had to toss it out and buy fresh cat food. As soon as I gave them the new food they had no issue eating. I will not be buying this again.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service. Avoid at all costs. Made simple mistake of ordering Grain Free and asked to exchange. The rep said to throw away or donate since they won't do any exchanges. Had to use a different puppy brand for first 3 weeks due to their kibble being too hard for 8wk old puppy. Far too many other good products out there.
