We can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. Please know we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety, and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations.

Please keep us posted. Outside of the G.I. symptoms that can sometimes come with a change in diet; any form of illness is by no means a normal occurrence resulting from regular feeding conditions. We take all reports of adverse, or suspected adverse reactions very seriously. If you truly think that a Life's Abundance diet contributed to your dogs’ sickness, please report it to our Customer Care team so we can investigate fully.
