Our dog would not even go near it
Our dog would not even go near it. Mixed with regular food, tried broth, even added a few bacon crumbles. She went 2 days without eating anything. I couldn’t take it anymore. I do need something. She licks & bites her paws & back constantly. Thanks for the response. I’ll try the treat idea. If you have another food that you think would work please let me know. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback! We are so sorry to hear your dog wasn't absolutely loving their food. We are usually able to win over even the pickiest of pups. As a suggestion, you can try feeding her a kibble or two as a treat to entice her. I'm a new customer
I'm a new customer, got a puppy with food from LA from the breeder. Bought a big bag of LA and even before opening the new bag decided that the puppy didn't like the food and had some GI upset. I called customer of no service and they told me the same as they told their loyal 6 yr long customer, I had to pay for shipping the product back to them. That would be around $30 plus - makes no sense. I asked if they could give me their discounted shipping rate but no luck. Don't buy unless you are 100% sure your dog is going to love it!

We are so sorry to hear your puppy didn't like their food. Usually we are able to win over even the pickiest of pups! Unfortunately, this is part of our return policy. We do allow you to return the product for a full refund (less the delivery fee) but do not cover the cost of return shipping. We hope your pup feels better and that they live a long, happy and healthy life by your side!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! We were recommended to give this to my boxer puppy when we brought him home at 2 months as that's what the breeder said they were giving him so we did. We noticed about a month in he didn't have solid stool. It got so bad he couldn't hold it and had multiple accidents. Liquid diarrhea throughout the day. He eventually didn't want to eat. We thought he might have caught a bug so switched him to rice and chicken and saw instant difference! After about a week we tried to slowly introduce this garbage food back and, again, instant liquid diarrhea. We contacted life abundance immediately as we had just purchased and unopened bag for him to see about a refund or return. We STILL have not heard back from them and this happened back in February. I came to the reviews and saw this is a common complaint amongst pet parents, I wish I would've done more research before giving it to him. DO NOT feed this to your puppy! It's garbage food and terrible customer service it will make your dog extremely sick. Please take my caution on this one there a dozens of better food on the market!!

Outside of the G.I. symptoms that can sometimes come with a change in diet, any form of illness is by no means a normal occurrence resulting from regular feeding conditions. We are so sorry to disappoint you! Our canned food has been removed from our website in order to preserve inventory for our Autoship customers. This step is necessary as our manufacturer has been unable to meet our production quantity requests. We understand the frustration and are working hard to get things back to normal. However, our All Life Stage Cat Food is still available and can be softened if needed. We hope you will give it a try for your felines friends!

Worst customer service
This review is fairly for their customer service or response. The food for dogs is undoubtedly the best probably that is the reason for their carelessness attitude. I had to go with this since my dog loves this food and I want him to enjoy his food.

Cat food changed
Cat food changed! from over a year or so. Cats will not touch pork canned. Too mushy, not as firm and soild. What happened to quality control? COVID.!

The new dry food just makes my cat…
The new dry food just makes my cat vomit. Also, rather than combining two orders, I got charged two shipping fees. Not happy.

We recommend changing their food gradually over a period of 7-10 days. As for your concern about the shipping charge, there were two different orders placed. We have refunded you the shipping fee on your second order as a one-time courtesy. In the future, you can always call our Customer Care team to add to an order so there is only one shipment. We stand behind the nutrition of our premium foods and hope that we have demonstrated a level of service that you can feel great about. We hope you will give us another chance!

Initially the case of wet dog food came…
Initially the case of wet dog food came damaged..I thought 3 cans were damaged which you replaced immediately...(the replacement cans came in a box with no packaging so they were all dented, miraculously none were open.) turns out at least 4 more were damaged which we didn't realize for a few days when they started to smell.. The woman who answered my call was very nice and took care of the situation with no problem..unfortunately your packaging and shipping department gets the bad review..
