We are adjusting to it
The food arrived quickly, but the delivery person left it in the middle of our walkway—not near the porch. So far, the food is being mixed with the food we had, as we got a new puppy and she came with a 4 year guarantee if we use Life’s Abundance food. Our other pup currently has horrible diarrhea, likely due to the change, but we will stick with Life’s Abundance for now. Hopefully the tummy problems clear up soon and that next time the delivery isn’t in such a random spot. I’d be happy to review or edit my review in the future.

Hello, We have been a customer of yours 3 years maybe more. We never get any discounts, samples or promotions. There should be a royalty program. I am ordering $150 a month, there should be some discount applicable.

Raised our Goldendoodle on Lamb and…
Raised our Goldendoodle on Lamb and Rice so her stools would be solid and she would not stink. Reluctant to feed her chicken based products for those reasons. She is bored with lamb products apparently because she turns her nose up at your food. Recommendations?

I love that my dog has been on Life's…
I love that my dog has been on Life's Abundance for 14 years and has been incredibly healthy. The hard part to swallow is the cost. My dogs life is priceless, however, I do feel the cost has become too steep for some of my friends and therefore their dogs health suffers... Affordable for all.

We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. As for the clip, please know this is only a temporary change and we will be introducing newly designed bags, complete with an upgraded resealable closure you'll love! In looking back at the tracking of your last few orders, they were all delivered within two to three business days, which is in line with our standard time frame. If this has not been the case or if there is any other way we can improve your experience, we'd love to hear about it at 877-387-4564 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. ET.

Ordering was really easy but when I…
Ordering was really easy but when I needed to return the products it became a problem. I was told to do a return to sender and the box was promptly sent back to me. Called again and was told to do the same thing again and that that was the only way to do a return. Ended up keeping it, but, frustrated that there was not a way to return a product if it can't be used.

We can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. Please know we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety, and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations.

First agent great
First agent great. Most are. Love Daisy. But I forgot my SH instructions. Called back. Got the agent I wont work with. She scolds she fusses at customer. She's plain augmentative. I have called management on her for customer coaching. She needs coaching. I figured she could handle my SH info. OMGoodness done with scolding and not listening. I will just hang up on her (always now) and try for a different agent/ rep. BTW, UPS had my previous order instructions about bot blocking door path. I just need to tweak to leave on stoop not sidewalk where others see. I will tweak next time. Her name escapes me right now but when I hear it I know her & her voice. She did try a different name after a few hang ups from me...but I know her parental dismissive tone. So hung up & called back.
