Ordering process is easy. Shipping was fast. Food is recommended by the breeder of our puppy. Only downfall is paying for shipping of a product that isn't available in a store.

Quality food and fast delivery. They use to notify you a couple days before delivery so if you wanted to postpone it to a later date you could. They haven’t been doing that lately

Easy to adjust and easy to order. Delivery was left outside my gate. Not acceptable. Especially when my gate is only 3.5” and they could just reach over. In today’s climate with all the thefts, I am surprised you would leave it outside my fenced area

the check out process is always difficult. it never remembers my username/password. i have to go through like im new everytime, then it says you have an account. my dogs lov e the dog food or i would go somewhere else,

I tried to update the ship date and it was a little confusing because it looked like the update to the ship date didn't change for the upcoming delivery. So I tried again and I ended up receiving 2 deliveries😅. It's ok because I was charged properly and we will end up using the 2nd delivery but was just a bit confusing on the website.

I ordered on your Website and found it more difficult to navigate and order from than other Websites. I got two bags of food, instead of the one 6.6lb bag that I tried to buy. Shipping was prompt and well packed. I'm starting the food with our puppy tonite, at her breeder's recommendation.
